Rob Poulos and his wife Kalen created Fat Burning Furnace after trying a number of other diet programs unsuccessfully. What Exercise Will I Need To Do?

Is The Eating Plan Restrictive?

While it’s pretty obvious that you’ll have to cut out things like fried foods and cheesecakes, the diet plan isn’t terribly restrictive. You’ll still get to eat carbs, fruits, meat, protein, vegetables and other foods that you love, but in correct portions at specific times. Foods on the meal plan include turkey pepperoni pizza and chicken parmesan, salmon, stuffed mushrooms and even pancakes.

On this plan, you’ll eat about six times a day. You can upgrade to the meal plan generator if you don’t want to have to plan out the meals yourself, but it’s not difficult to do so on your own. There is some variety, but you will likely be using some of the same meals a few times.

If you take in less calories than you burn, you will lose weight, no matter what program you use. However, Fat Burning Furnace goes one step further and lays out specific exercise techniques and eating habits for people who like to follow plans.
